Birmingham brunch hours now begin at 10:00 a.m. instead of noon (Sundays). This two-hour difference has lead to an economic boost.

We worked on a $200 million multi-use development to take the place of the abandoned Trinity Medical Center.

Our Grand River Tech Park will add more than 1,200 jobs for our residents with an economic impact of $85 million.

Our city partnered with the Daniel Corporation to bring new 150,000 square feet of professional office space and $93mm in tax revenues.

We secured funding within the budget to repave critical streets throughout the district.

A 10-year project, completed in 2018, the Clairmont Walking Trail provides another space for walkability to Birmingham residents.

Banks High School

After more than a decade we have secured funding to demolish this blighted structure that previously depressed home values.
